At Community Bible Church we desire to grow strong disciples. We believe that a great deal of spiritual and personal growth takes place in community, and therefore encourage everyone in our fellowship to “get connected” by joining one of our Life Groups. These groups meet weekly or bi-weekly, at the church or in host couples’ homes. In these groups, individuals minister to and encourage one another in daily devotionals, effective prayer and mutual accountability.

We take Life Group leadership seriously. All of our Life Group leaders go through an initial training that helps to assure a standard of excellence in each of our Life Groups.

A typical Life Group meeting consists of a worship component: praise and prayer time; a spiritual growth component: Bible study and mutual accountability time (men with men, women with women) and fellowship and a mission component, where groups seek opportunities to be active in service both in the church and community.
